A lot of ankle, knee, and even hip issues stem from weak feet...

Considering martial arts is one of the few sports where you actually compete barefoot – strong, stable, and mobile feet are a must.

If you’re not training your feet and ankles directly, you may be leaving a lot of athletic potential on the table – but most people have no idea where to start. That’s exactly what the program is here to address!

The MTAP is designed to work as a supplementary program that can be performed responsibly alongside your current training routine to build a strong foundation from the ground up.

The program is a balanced 3-day split each with a distinct focus :

Toe Curl Unders

Sagittal Plane Day

Chambered Plyo Hops

Plyometric Day

Side Lunge Calf Raise

Lateral Plane Day

Who is this program designed for?

This program was built with the specific demands of Thai Kickboxing in mind, but can still be useful for anyone who needs to strengthen their feet and ankles (like low-grade injury rehab, for example)
