No, not necessarily. Having access to a standard commercial gym will certainly help you get the most out of these programs, but if you have the required and/or recommended equipment at home with enough space to train, then that’s all you really need.

There are a wide range of different session types which will provide you with options from 15-90 minutes to complete if you follow the prescribed pace and rest times.
The average session for the primary programs runs for 30-50 minutes, however this may vary slightly based on your level of conditioning.

They can also certainly be performed on their own as stand-alone programs, if you’re looking to keep your training to a minimal effective dosage. If something causes pain beyond normal muscle fatigue, stop immediately and consult your healthcare provider. To answer that question we would simply need to know so much more information, including your current level of ability, your training history, your injury history, your timeline expectations, and more. For that reason we are reluctant to provide you with what may seem like a disingenuous answer or false hope.
The better question might be: Will FlexiPro help me improve my splits?
The answer to that is a resounding Yes! Many of our programs use fundamental front & middle splits training applications as a method for improving range of motion in the hips. In addition to unlocking better front and side splits positions, you have the option to work towards the forward fold, pancake splits, back bridge and other impressive expressions of range.
