Athletic Multiplier is delivered as an on-demand workout performed 1-2 times per week, designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing training program. As the demands intensify through the phases, you’ll naturally reduce the volume of other heavy lifting to prioritize recovery and adaptation where it counts.

The Athletic Multiplier Program can be done alongside your sport, integrated with another training program, or done on its own as a complete program. It provides the structure & guidance to eliminate the guesswork, so all you have to do is show up and complete the work that’s prescribed.
Each exercise is specifically prescribed with clear instructions around sets, reps, tempo, and rest times. Feedback will be provided via Community chat based on your needs, so any questions you may have are answered by those who have gone before you.
