Athletic Multiplier is a systematic power-output program designed for intermediate-to-advanced athletes ready to break through their current performance ceiling. This isn’t about getting fit—it’s about multiplying your athletic potential through intelligent, progressive power development.

Athletic Multiplier is delivered as an on-demand workout performed 1-2 times per week, designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing training program. As the demands intensify through the phases, you’ll naturally reduce the volume of other heavy lifting to prioritize recovery and adaptation where it counts.

This is complementary training done right—strategically timed, appropriately dosed, and ruthlessly focused on one outcome: making you more powerful.

The program is split into 5 strategic phases:

Loaded Hip Flexor Lifts

Phase 1: Build the base

Establish the neurological and structural foundation required for explosive power development. This phase primes your nervous system and prepares your body for the progressive demands ahead.

Jerk

Phase 2: Increase the base

Expand your work capacity and power endurance. You’ll build the engine that allows you to maintain output across multiple efforts without degradation.

Full Range Pulls

Phase 3: Intensify

Shift toward higher-velocity, higher-intent movements. This phase bridges the gap between strength and speed, teaching your body to express force rapidly.

Deadlift

Phase 4: Grow

Push the boundaries of your power ceiling. This demanding phase creates the stimulus for genuine performance adaptation through calculated overload.

High Kick

Phase 3: Peak

Refine and express your new capabilities. Test yourself with maximum intent—this is where your months of work translate into measurable performance gains.
